Following on from the two previous seminars in this series, the Kent and Medway LLN is pleased to be able to invite you to take part in a symposium focused on the institutional challenges we face in moving towards a more employer focused agenda. Our three main presenters have each made a significant contribution, within their own institution, towards meeting this agenda. Each presenter will give their own personal perspective on the challenges that they have met and strategies which they have adopted to work towards overcoming them. Presentations will be followed by a panel discussion to allow those attending to explore some of the issues raised in more detail.
